while google maps is usually helpful for getting around, in the krulli quarter you won’t really need it. at every entrance to the quarter, a three-dimensional map of the area helps visitors quickly orient themselves and set their spatial “compass.” on the map, trees are made of wood and buildings are represented as actual structures, making the environment easy to understand at a glance. as a result, moving through the quarter feels intuitive and seamless. the infographic elements naturally extend the architecture of the quarter and are placed logically exactly where they are needed.
